Hey Folks, Do not let the obsure siloette of the front of this place discourage you in any way. The music is foundational to the area and even in its new opening in 2020 I believe the Owners will be a stable in the area for as longs as they have their way. The food was great. You must try a loaded Bloody Marry. The slider and amazing shrimp wear fantastic and deviously delicious . I look forward to returning and will make this a regular stop. July 30th will be a great day for the establishment. Please say HI !!  for me and tell John happy birthday. Many more brother your attitude about the place is fantastic. I wish you great success and can not wait to see you again soon. Have a drink and enjoy the local community of wonderful people that support this great establishment for a good reason. Food was great, a good atmosphere with some nice live music. Music wasn’t too loud either, was at a level you could still could still talk to people at your table which was nice. Good was really good as well, we had the fish tacos, the shrimp and crab puppies, as well as the mixed sliders and everything was really good! Chef came out to make sure everything was perfect with our meal! Would definitely recommend this place, don’t dismiss it as it’s attached to a gas station!

Highly recommend! We enjoyed dinner two nights in a row, delicious! Came back the third night for cold brews and good music outside and even brought our pup Jack Frosty! Very enjoyable experience, the owners are great and very welcoming! I loved the beautiful trees over the outdoor area! We look forward to our next visit to Tybee Island and Cockspur Grill...

This is by far the best place we’ve eaten during our trip! From apps to mains to dessert, it was spot on delicious every time. The outside atmosphere is adorable with a well-made fire pit, live music and a bar. I cannot say enough great things about this place! Established in 2020 but expect them to go on for many years to come.

Food and service were both great!  Chef easily accommodated a special request and we loved the atmosphere.  We will definitely return!

Good food and drinks, local music was just right. Fish and Chips was so good.

The outside appearance was not enticing. The menu said Seaside...it isn't near the waters. Our waitress was really nice with a good sense of humor. The tvs were on which was nice for sports fans but the volume was rather loud. The quantity of the food served was very good. The quality however was not what we expected overall. They were out of Gator bites. Dang! A burger that was supposed to be Medium came very well done. No mayo came with it even tho it was requested when ordering. The fried pickles were spectacular. The bang bang shrimp was waay too spicy. The chips and questo came with no quest. We thought the skinny burger was way overpriced at $19.00. We will probably not be back.

I will agree with other reviews that the awful exterior does not depict what it looks like inside which is very nice in comparison. We sat at the bar. We were hoping for some good live music, but it didn't appeal to us, alot of James Taylor and Gordon Lightfoot, so We had a cocktail and quick dinner and exited. We did take a piece of chocolate bread pudding home which was dry as a bone. I don't know if they forgot to give us sauce or something that may have helped,  but it did not taste homemade or remotely like chocolate.

Best tacos I've had on Tybee Island. Trivia night and cocktails were both great. And it may be reckless, but they've vowed to keep the party rolling through the hurricane. If I'm ever back I'll be returning.

Went down to Tybee for vacation. Stumbled onto Cockspur after a bad experience at another restaurant. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Staff was nice the first time we went we decided to go again on our last night in Tybee. Totally recommend!
