I don't even give this company one star (but need one to post), and will be reporting them to the powers that be in PA. I was quoted a business auto (2011 F350) premium of $1800 approx in April 2017, and the opportunity to receive a discount to $1530 approx if I paid for the year. I decided to take the discount and paid for the year. In June, they upped my premium with threat of cancellation unless I verified I had a commercial liability policy for my business. I complied and heard no more about it. Feb. 6, 2018, AIC sent a partial refund due to cancellation of policy. No advanced notice. Nothing. I contacted the insurance agency in West Chester that hooked me up with this outfit. They never received anything indicating I was cancelled either. PA has laws for compliance regarding cancellation. I was horrified I'd been driving around for a month without coverage. The agency called the company and the company said they would do nothing about any of it. So now I'm scampering trying to get coverage. I've had no accidents or moving violations. This is my first online complaint ever. My advice to anyone: DON"T TRUST THIS COMPANY! DON"T USE THEM! And, if you're the agency, DON'T REPRESENT THEM! I'll be switching from my agency as well, so they are a victim as well. They need to be fined and booted from doing business in this state. Summary: No stars! AND STAY AWAY!

Horribly out of date with both technology and claim handing, this company does business like its 1986. They treat their staff horribly, thus with the high turnover you may never speak to the same person twice about your claim. Embarrassingly poor customer service. I truly feel sorry for anybody that has to deal with Agency on any level. Their number one focus is selling bottom barrel policies, with minimal claims staff to support its policy holders. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in a loss with one of their policy holders, your best option is to get an attorney and report any unfair claims practices to the Maryland insurance commission immediately.

This insurance is the worst you can have. I was victim of a hit and run and they treated me like a criminal. They did not fix my car and they actually acused me of backing up into a poll. My car was smashed from side to side and they had an open investigation for fraud! My car was brand new, I had only made 2 payments on it when this happened. My car is now tototaled and I have to continue to make payments on it for another 5 years. I got stucked with hospital and physical therapy bills, this destroyed my credit and my driving history because they had me as the driver even though I was not the one driving they never fixed it. Now I am stucked with them because it’s the only insurance that will accept me with the driving record. Please don’t get this insurance company! They will look for any excuses not to pay.. I’ve had 3 claims so far and none of them paid!

They dont deserve even one star .this company have Very very bad custumer services they don't give you time to talk ,i was talking just few munites with a lady she was rude and inpolite and she ended up the call very quick before i finish talking to her 😠

This insurance company is flat out terrible, if anyone says they’re a great company it’s probably not a real person. My insurance agent had me signed onto a fixed price with AIC and very shorty after they jacked my price up a considerable amount. It went up largely because they removed years of my driving history, I had to call and pay to find out the exact date of when I was issued my license. It took awhile to bring my price down by hardly anything, when I asked them why I was directed around and got nowhere. DO NOT USE AIC!!!
