Hello I just wanted to take time to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had while visiting with Brandy Rice to discuss combining a couple of my policies.  She's extremely informed on her job as well as being able to explain it to someone that finds insurance policies so confusing.  Which I appreciated so much! She made the experience so pleasant.  After all was said and done Brandy was able to help me save a good amount of money every month.  I have already referred her to a friend and plan on continuing to do so in the future.

I met with Brandy Rice for a homeowner’s review. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She patiently explained in layman’s terms what was and wasn’t covered in my policy and made some helpful suggestions. She also reviewed my auto policy. This turned out to be extremely important. I was able to make changes that will benefit me immediately. I have since called and spoken with her. And again, her friendliness and helpfulness is wonderful. She is a great example as to why I stay with Nationwide.

My Father recently passed away and he had all of his insurance through Nationwide and Bye was his agent. I have been dealing with Brandy Rice who has been nothing but professional, helpful, and trustworthy. I can't say enough for the wonderful service I have received from her. Thank you.

My daughter was in an accident at her out of state college (she is ok) and Brandy was super helpful with coordination and keeping us posted.  Easy to talk to and was quick with responses.   My daughter and I both thank her very much.
