I have been waiting for an order that was placed in October 2007. My phone calls and emails are not answered. I have been promised this package four times by milechai to be delivered via UPS and USPS. I have asked for a refund numerous times and have not received a response. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends, family or my temple.

Came to Denver from St Paul on business and have bought from Aharon's Jewish and Judaica for a couple of years and want the chance to stop by - found everything there I needed.‎
