Called to see if they would be open till 5. The parts guy told me they close at 5 and that no one would be able to help me. I asked if they would be able to stay a couple minutes later because I really needed to get a customer's machine up and running tonight. I was told no. I ended up making it there a couple minutes before 5 and as I'm running up to the door employees are walking out before 5 telling me "we are closed pal". As this is my first experience with this dealer it will be my last. I'm not sure how the customer service it during the day but know that they won't give an extra 30 seconds for you.

Parts dept is not friendly at all all 3 times in there  . Asking questions no answer . Make jokes they dont laugh . I live in town  but might go to dekalb to john deere dealer out there more friendly .  It bad ahen i cant shop at my local dealer

Very unsatisfied with their lack of customer service in the service department. I had my lawnmower picked up for repair. I was told I would get a call, however I did not and a guy showed up 9am on a Saturday morning. After a week and a half of no calls from them, I called and was told they already did a tune up and quoted me a price, even though nobody called me to authorize any work on it. I was told they were waiting for an air filter to finish the job and it would be a day or two. Almost a week later I call them again, and the price has risen from $118 to $222, because now they fixed what was wrong instead of just the tune up. They did not tell me of this when I talked to them a week ago. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know of this horrible service. Beware, they will charge you without you giving permission to do the work!

Far from my home but I travel there for service because they treat you well and do good work.  I will be their customer until I'm no longer cutting grass.
