I'm so upset right now. I live behind this Walgreens. I watched it be built. I have been coming here since the first day it opened. Today I run in to buy cigarettes and was in an extreme hurry. I'm 31 and have been buying my smokes here since they opened. So everyone knows me by name. Therefore I never need my ID anymore. So I run in and the girl asks me for my ID in which I say I don't have. She didn't care if the other employees knew me or not because she's the manager.... I get you can get in trouble if you don't ID but one... You see I'm in a really big hurry. Two.. other employees know me BECAUSE IVE BEEN COMING IN FOR LONGER then you probably been employed  (she looked very young )so if they checked my I'd and know I'm of age and you know I'm in a huge hurry why would you make me run and get my id. Oh "cuz you're the manager and you don't care what they say" and three... I'm 31 I don't look 16 you know very well I'm of age!  so mad I love this Walgreens because of all the great people they had there. It was so nice walking in and everybody knowing you and the family I'd go in there just to chat. Now they have these new people who are just rude

The pharmacy department has great customer service. 
Especially Bruce has always been super helpful.

Very helpful staff, I switched my business from the Geneva Walgreens (West State Street) to here because I was dissatisfied with the service I was getting there, and am completely happy with Elburn.

Pharmacy is somewhat speedy

Awesome staff will bend over backwards for the customer.  4 out of 5 because it's not 24 hours.
