Air7seas worked with me/Pointing me in the right directions to process all the paperwork (for my shipment). Communication could have been better. Quicker response times to my queries would have also been appreciated. If I could select a 3.5 stars rating, I would. My shipping quote was my primary reason for selecting Air7seas. It was quite a bit less then all others I researched. Most of the issues I encountered were mainly due to the importing agency...not Air7seas. I should have done more research on the receiving side, and not just on the shipping side. I would recommend them, as well as recommend you do your homework :)

I had one of the worst experiences of my life with Air 7 Seas. I was importing dog food item in to USA. They provided completely wrong information regarding the necessary paperwork, which made sure my shipment was put on hold by USDA. Air 7 Seas will definitely quote you the lowest price but you end up receiving wrong information and bad service. Because of them I ended up losing the entire shipment (worth $9,000) and had to pay fines to government agencies (about $1,500) and had to pay product destruction cost ($800). In addition, I paid $1300 to the container company due to container hold; initially they wanted $3,500. As I mentioned previously, Air 7 Seas provides horrible service and I implore you to look for a better alternative.

I shipped boxes from Ohio, US to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It took about a week total and everything arrived in good condition. Scott and Shaun were very helpful throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would recommend shipping with Air7Seas.

I used this company to ship from Massachusetts To Dubai, I was in an extream rush. They managed to work hard to help ship my 14-XL uhaul boxes, since I did box everything very well and plastic wrapped it, everything arrived as It was packed, and now for the second time and the years to come they will be my international shipping company. You need to fully understand the shipping procedures

We are moving from Arizona to Australia. I will update the this post/score as we experience the ride. At this point, we have paid our deposit. It took a while to get the right quote - but I can be a pain to deal with, very specific and i question almost everything. You should too. Priya worked very patiently with me to get our quote where we wanted. This is the third container move for us, so we have a bit of experience. All economy freight forwarders are a little rough around the edges and you have to manage them to some degree; but if you want to save serious money, it'well worth it.
