Run as far away from this dealership as possible. You will save yourself so many headaches by doing so. Do not trust anything they say. In my experience it was lie after lie. It took 7 months to get my registration/pink slip from them and that was after I couldn't take their lies anymore and filed a complaint with the DMV fraud investigation unit. The fraud unit said they were very aware of this dealership and consider them a "problem dealership". I understand that once they get into too much trouble, they change their name and move locations. Don't understand how that's allowed but nothing to do with me. All I know is it was a nightmare buying my 2007 corvette z06 from them. Would never ever have anything to do with them ever again unless it's suing them! Stay away for your own sake. NEW REVIEW IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY OF MY LAST REVIEW!!! Bryan, How dare you respond to my negative review with you were able to fix all my issues. NBS and especially Dee did absolutely nothing to assist me in any way. The only way I was able to get my paperwork handled was when I filed a complaint with DMV FRAUD INVESTIGATION!! They are the ones who stepped in and handled the mess you had created! It’s pathetic that you would write a response acting like you did anything to help! me

Wow, they have some incredible vehicles and reasonable prices. Oh and the people working there are not just friendly but helpful and not bent on saling you something.

This company is such a scam. Con artists and lots of lies " DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM " They have so many complaints with DMV investigation office. Even paperwork is all fraud be careful with this dealership they are using NBS Auto Showroom and contract shows BAMZ located in Tracy Ca, 95376 .

The owner/representative of this establishment was very offensive. Upon walking to see a car, my wife and I was greeted coldly. I asked questions about a BMW they had and the rep didn't have any information. I actually knew more about this car thann the rep. He then mocked the down payment I was willing to put till he found out it was for my bank and not his loaners. Lastly the price he mentioned wasn't what was advertised the car had an open recall and wasn't loan ready. This place just gave a very unprofessional vibe and seemed to not like a minority that has knowledge of what they are buying.

Just be very careful if you decide to do business here. Read your contract and hold them to their word.
