Great place to head out for a fun and comfortable night out. I love how the main window can open up to the street, which is super convenient when it is hosting and act during the music festivals. One of the few spots with dancing in the Normal Height/North Park border area (30th & Adams).

The bar itself was nice, polite staff. Lived up to the name. It was nice inside despite the large group of people dancing. I wish the doorman told us what music was playing that night.

It's okay. I've lived in San Diego for over a decade and have heard about the AC lounge from a lot of people. However, it might have been popping about 10 years ago. Now, there are many other places to go and in my opinion, better options. That's just me. I find the place to be rather small and nothing special. But locals still love this place for whatever reason. It's not bad, but it's not amazing either -- especially if you compare it to other dance clubs in the area.

Intimate and lively. If you love techno and house, come here and dance the night away. No cover before 10!
