I worked with another company in Yakima and after the way the did service and the way they spoke to me, I contacted American Shields and asked them to give me another company. Air F/X called me right away, came in the same day didn't push to get my deductible right away. Went to my home, called me telling me what they found, what they will do and what to expect. Asked if I can be home so that I know what is going on.  They have not done the full work yet and already they have me so impressed definitely will be recommending them to clients and friends.

Paul did great work on my first place, but we are now in the second month of trying to get a bid (or even a call back) from him.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of a heat wave.  I got very quick response from Air F/X.  A very courteous service man showed up at the time he said he would be here and fixed my air conditioner very quickly and the price was reasonable.  I would recommend this Company to everyone.
