Extremely  disappointed with this company!  $13K on a new door high speed door that has never worked right since installed.  Called once again to have door serviced for safety edge not working correctly.  Two technicians showed up said I had bad batteries in a RF Module.  They put new batteries in the module and the unit did the exact same thing while they were there.   They claimed the RF receiver  needed to be moved from its factory installed location and moved to a new spot for better signal.  Techs said this will fix the issue and left,  the door is still not working!  To top it all off I received a bill for a service call for an issue that had never been resolved.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!  I would give them a negative rating if Google would have the settings.   
I will never use this company again and will never recommend them for any products they sell or service.

Over the years I've used Overhead Door's service 6+ times, either for repairs or for door replacement.  I've always found their staff to be courteous and professional. 

When there were challenges with a repair, they always explained the problem fully and all repair issues were resolved to my full satisfaction!

Response time is generally very good, considering the wide geographic range that they cover !

the worst response time and service ever. difficult to reach by phone, do not return calls.. took about 1 moth to get problem resolved. after waiting 1 week the guys shows up and can't fix because he has to get the part. called after a few weeks and the guy was very short and actually hung up on me. Interesting after I called he said they could come the next day. I really think had i not called i would still be waiting. the door opener was about 3 years old now lets see if they honor the 5 year guarantee!!
