Pretty disappointed in this company.  Sent out a rep, convinced my wife to buy a new $550 faucet instead of fixing a small leak on the older faucet. He said its was made better for well water and won't get plugged up.  It plugged up after 2 month and the faucet head filter is not removable to clean. We called Air mechanical and the same rep showed up.  He said call the faucet company its under warrant.  Called the faucet company and they said only the finish has a warranty. Air mechanical charged us $110 to tell us to call the manufacture. We now have a $550 faucet that can't be fixed unless you order a new head which is estimated over $100.  Still waiting for Air Mechanical to call us back.

The service technician, Antoine, was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. He was thorough and meticulous in his diagnostics and efficient with his repair time. In addition, he went out of his way and above expectations in troubleshooting and adjusting other parts of the system at no additional charge.
Based on my experience with Antoine, and assuming the other techs are as capable and customer oriented as he is, I would not hesitate to recommend Air Mechanical for all your HVAC needs.

Antoine was very quiet and efficient.  He carefully went over all the things he had checked and showed me the results and why that was necessary to be tracked.  Also, he made some very good recommendations about future things that I should get done and I appreciated that.  I am quite happy with the service.

Steve came to complete our yearly tune up for our AC and Furnace.  After our remodel, we were still experiencing significant temperature differentials between our three floors.  Steve listened carefully to our concerns.  He helped adjust our trunk line dampers which had an immediate impact on improving the problem.  He also gave three additional solutions ranging in cost from low to high in case we decide that this initial adjustment isn't sufficient.  I was really pleased with the time Steve took to address our concerns and his thoughtful solutions.  On a separate note, we have had Air Mechanical tune our AC unit for the last 7 years.  It is 18 years old, and frankly we expected it to die in the last 5 years.  I feel like the maintenance the Air Mechanical teams have done have kept it going at its best.

Gary is knowledgeable and friendly. His service was amazing. He helped us understand the issues we were having with our furnace, and the various options to address those issues. I highly recommend Air Mechanical, and specifically ask for Gary.
