I had Joel Smith Heating and Air replace my furnace and AC unit in my townhouse with new Ruud high efficiency units. The owner, Joel, sent his two sons and another worker out to do the job. They were very personable, very professional, and did a great job. They were in and out in about 7 hours. I selected them to do the job based on their reputation, but also because Joel was the only guy to spend more than 3 minutes giving me a quote. He listened to what I wanted, gave me suggestions, pointed out how the installation could be improved, and seemed like he genuinely cared. This is a rare thing these days. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and will definitely use them again in the future.

We have been using Joel Smith Heating and Air for all of our heating, AC and other utility service since we moved into our current home (about 8 yrs.) and have never been disappointed with their service. After the recent hail storm in Blaine I called them to assess the damage to our AC condenser. Once again they did not disappoint as Joel came out personally to assess the damage and make recommendations for the best course of action based on the age of the unit and the fact that it was still cooling the house. Thanks Joel!

5 star service! Joel came out to give me a bid for a new a/c the same day after Home Service Plus told me that I needed a whole new unit. Joel discovered that HSP did not connect all the wires and also that the tech had the wires hooked up backwards...no wonder it didn't work. Greatly appreciate a person who is honest, reputable and with integrity. Thank you Joel! When my a/c needs replacing, you will be the person I call. Thanks again!!!!!!

We have CenterPoint Home Service Plus for our appliances. They don't cover the A Coil that broke to keep our AC cool. I did some research & found Joel Smith Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. They have good reviews so I tried it. They reached my expectations. They are professionals, courteous & honest. Well recommended! Thanks! Sincerely, Adrian
