Had issues with our Air Conditioner. ( Lost Compressor ) I was recommended by a good friend to call Air Service Professionals of Ruston. Phoned Brandon Moore, owner, and he stated he would send someone to our house. Within 15 minutes a Service Man was in our driveway. They are very professional and I highly recommend them. I even felt so positive about their work that I signed a contract with them. Both the Service Men and Office staff were very helpful and accommodating and great with follow-up.

I've used them twice and won't ever again. The technicians are nice but clerks and management are pathetic. I recently had work done and was waiting for the bill. After not receiving it in a timely manner I called in. They were sending it to the correct address but wrong city. It kept getting sent back. They never thought to look at my account to verify. I get a call from some rude argumentative man asking if I was going to pay. I stated the reason why I hadn't and he argued with me and said they were sending it to the correct address and I politely told him again and he basically called me a liar. I've yet to receive a bill but I've tried to call to pay it over the phone and they're always at lunch. What business goes to lunch at 11:00. They're rip offs to say the least. The technicians are great but that's all they have right. UPDATE: I just called back to pay my bill and they're still at lunch. What business takes two hour lunches. What a joke of a company...instead of hiring a answering service how about just have someone to be at work and do their job and run a proper business.

I called to inquire about a central air inspection estimate and some bimbo woman answered the phone who could barely understand spoken English.  She seemed to have no clue what I was talking about and put me on hold for about three minutes.  After finally returning to the phone, she told me that the wouldn't give me an estimate because they didn't have time to come to my house, even though I never asked them to.  All I had asked for was a print out of the cost.  When I tried to explain that I didn't need them to come to my house, I just needed an estimate, she hung up on me.  Avoid at all cost.  If they have this type of incompetency handling their phones, I can only imagine how "professional" their service men/women are.
