We had a plumbing emergency and Rodney came right away. It was a tricky problem but he figured it out. This is by far the best plumbing experience I have ever had. I love the upfront honesty for pricing and a plumber that works hard the whole time. Such a pleasant experience. It’s great to finally find a great plumbing company to work with. We made the appointment to have a toilet installed.  A very nice young man - Hagan came and installed it for us. He was very nice and did an excellent job.  The bathroom was left very clean.  We have been using Mark for a while and really like their work.

Awesome job came out on a Sunday when my septic system went down. Tech repaired what was wrong and that’s all. Extremely professional and very proficient! Would definitely use again! Thank you for getting me out of a bind!

We had water backing up in to our house over the Easter weekend.  They sent someone that evening (at 9pm!) and fixed the issue.  It is a very professional company.  I really appreciated how they sent a photo and information about the technician coming out so we would know who to expect.

I was very pleased with Mark Johnson Plumbing.  Their response time for my needs was timely.  Quinn Wall was my plumber today.  This was the second time he has acted as my plumber from this company.  I was so happy to see him as he had done such a great job on my kitchen sink earlier this year.  He answered all of my questions and provided me with estimates on some other plumbing work I am thinking about for the coming year.  I really appreciated the fact he put boot covers on to keep our floors clean.  He was a really very nice young man who did a great job!!
