I truly have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Air serv! Their service and professionalism took an unfortunate situation of needing a new furnace into a great experience. Our service technician Kevin was phenomenal. He was the first one on scene to help diagnose our troubleshoot issues with our old furnace and he also assisted in the install of our new system! Then came Ian. One of the most honest and exceptional people My wife and I have ever met. He gave us several options and recommendations on which systems we could choose to move forward with and that aligned with our budget. He also took the time to explain in the ins and outs of our new system. A very exceptional individual who my wife and I truly felt helped us in a very honest and professional way! It’s been a couple weeks since our installation and we are in disbelief at how good the system is keeping our entire home (including the basement) at a nice and cozy temp. I would recommend this company to anyone including my good friends and family.

This company installed a new ductless mini split system for me a couple years ago. The install job was done very professionally. Lately, there have been a couple issues, and they have come out on a couple different occasions to fix it. They were very prompt each time. Thank you.

We had them come out for a furnace tune up and they were on time, notified me before they arrived, the tech was kind and wore shoe covers and was very informative and thorough. Would recommend them for sure1

I appreciate the 24/7 service you provide.  My A/C went out on a very hot day and I needed someone to come on a Sunday.  I called Aire Serv at 8:45am, had someone on-call call me back at 10:45am notifying me that there was one person a head of me.  Received another call at 11:25am saying they would arrive in 15 minutes.  Tristan arrived promptly and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.  In no time he was able to pinpoint the problem part.  He also had the part in his truck and got my air up and going in no time.  Being 9 months pregnant with children in the house, it was very comforting finding someone reliable and trustworthy.  Tristan is a wonderful example of a model technician and has made a lasting customer relationship with us for our future needs.

The company had someone the same day I called on a very cold day.  Thanks for not only fixing my furnace but also educating me on what happened and how to prevent it from happening again.  Highly recommend this company!
