Called for estimate to replace all windows and doors, timely response, Randy quoted and provided competitive bid and education on options. I have decided to accept their proposal and am purchasing. Will write additional review when job is completed.   November 12, 2017:  Job completed, 14 windows and doors total, all replaced, in on time, and on budget.  Great work by the installers!  This was a very positive experience for us and we are happy with our choices.

The customer service is horrible. Jeff who I assume is a salesman is inept at best. He yelled at my 65 year old aunt and lied to her. She tried to order a window screen for a window that was purchased from them. The office seems disorganized and kept losing her order? It took more about 10 unreturned calls to finally get a callback. After getting the runaround for 2 months she finally just gave up. Ace hardware (Dennis) can make screens in a week, without yelling at you. You should feel ashamed Jeff from Window World, you made an old woman cry on several occasions.

I got 5 of the $189.00 bedroom windows and I have A gale blowing through and a all kinds of noise when it gets windy. It's aways is windy here in sioux falls S.D.
