The staff here are entirely incompetent, it's a real disservice to the hard-working people who require the supplies and services available from Airgas. They really could not have less knowledgeable, helpful, or attentive people working here. There's never been another customer inside the location when I arrive, only an employee on their phone, who still manage to fumble the transaction at every turn. Today the employee insisted they 'didn't have coolers' when I asked why my order was packed in a dirty used box instead of a more sanitary bag -- not a cooler, just a clean bag you imbecile. Of course he ended up finding the bags, at which point I promptly cancelled the order and walked out - - I'll never return to this location again.
