We replaced our 25 year old heat pumps with a single variable speed unit. The crew was always friendly and extremely helpful. They did a great job and always kept the job site tidy. Highly recommended!

We needed to replace two old heat pumps (one in Nov 17 and one in Apr 18). We found it very easy to work with Wade in obtaining these replacements. He answered any questions we had, suggested possible configurations we had not considered and worked to get us a heat pump that fulfilled our requirements at a fair price. The installation crews also did an excellent job. I am a very particular person. Wade and the install crews were always willing to do little things that I asked to be done. The installs are very neat and their job site was left clean. We did have an issue with the 1st heat pump soon after installation. Wade quickly worked with Trane to resolve the problem to our complete satisfaction. One does not want a problem, but if one does occur you want the dealer to be there to resolve it. It was very easy to turn to Airmasters for our 2nd heat pump given our experience with the 1st one. We had no doubt that they would/will be there before, during, and after the installation.

After living in our house for two years using window units we called Airmasters in Cleburne because we found out we had to have the central air and heat working for an FHA home loan. To my surprise we had a great unit it just needed a couple parts and some TLC. It only took less than two hours of labor and we had a perfectly working unit. Luke took fantastic care of us and exceeded all of our expectations. The price was way lower than we expected. We should have done this years ago. We will be calling them again if we ever need too.

From talking to the owner, the office and Luke’s communication and service was top notch! Very pleased with the service technician, Luke, and him staying hard at it to get the job done. He wouldn’t even let me buy his lunch while he was working. True professionals!
