I've used Hoots several times over the last 15 years and have always been well satisfied with their work. Solid fencing and good working relationship with owner Tommy Hooten.

If you want headaches and patchwork fence work, then feel free to give'em a call.  Tommy sent out inexperienced help and we were left with scabbed in pieces and boards that were "doubled" up in order to cover poor workmanship.  There are many other fencing contractors and IMO,  at least 90% of them are BETTER than Hoots.  

Tommy was extremely poor about returning calls and on 2 return visits to "fix problems", he didn't even bother to knock on the door.  He just "fixed" the problem in his opinion and left.  Then disputed that the fence and gate were "A-ok" when he left..........  slimeball doesn't even begin to describe how his tactics and attitude left me feeling about the entire Hoots company.

Thanks for being so customer friendly Tommy!    Hope this review earns you a few less jobs,  as you deserve!!    Since you don't want to address my issues, I'll try to spread the word about your poor customer service and quality.
