I purchased a washer/dryer set. They had a wide selection, including just what I wanted. The salesperson was helpful when I wanted help, and let me browse as much as I wanted before I made my choice. They had my choice in stock, and delivery was accomplished two days later, but would have been the day after purchase except for my schedule. The delivery people were prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and careful. The old machines were whisked away and the new ones correctly installed and tested in a fairly short time. A very satisfying experience. I will certainly check with them the next time I need a new appliance!

I had a great experience at Airport Appliance...my sales person was Roger Chavez and he was great!! I did a remodel for a property we have in the Bay Area - I purchased a complete kitchen including microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Roger helped me pick out the best appliances for the new kitchen. He was able to deal with the specs and we managed to install the perfect appliances for the property. Pricing was very competitive! He knows the inventory and features of the appliances in the show room. He always returned my calls in a timely manner...great customer care! Don't hesitate! Thanks Roger! Don't hesitate....it is a good place to purchase your appliance needs. Roger Chavez was awesome! I would definitely return for future needs!

Excellent value and great service. I was able to put a nominal deposit on a new high-end range to lock in the sale price and complete payment for it 2 months later when I was ready for delivery. They delivered as promised on time and reimbursed me for the power cord that was not needed as we hard-wired the range when installed.

They will match any online price. Great customer service and follow up. All my items arrived on time and the delivery team was great!

Absolutely professional! Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stressless appliance buying and installation experience. We ordered a stacking washer dryer. It came when they said it would. We also needed a small truck delivery. That arrived exactly on time and the delivery install crew was ultimate professionalism. Well done Airport Appliance!
