I called them from the plane as I was deboarding. I told them I would be at the door at 4:20. They told me to call me when I got to the door and they would leave then. I called them at exactly 4:20 as I got to the door and they told me they would be there in 20 mins. When you want to just get home after a day of traveling they will be 20 mins late picking you up for pay the additional dollar a day for the other places.

PERFECT! We tried travel lodge at first but they said that their system was down and that they couldn't put us in their system even though we called ahead of time. We called a bunch of other places first but Airport Inn was the only place that had a spot for us. The guy at the front desk was super awesome. It was super late (3am-4am) and he let us check out late for free so we could get more sleep. The room was clean and the bed was super super comfortable and the blankets were super soft. We wish we could of taken the blanket with us.

Based on the prior reviews I was expecting the worst, but was pleasantly surprised. The room was not fancy, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Also had a hair dryer, and free high speed wifi. It seems the front desk person is also the shuttle bus driver, so I did not want to risk having to wait for a long time for the shuttle, so I ended up parking at the airport instead. The airport is less than 5 minutes away, and is only $1 more per day for parking.

You definitely get what you pay for. TRUST ME the pictures on google look nothing like what the actual property looks like. If you are planning on staying here or using it to park you car just know that you are leaving your car in front of a dirty, janky, suspect, cheap motel. If they cant even take care of their property then what makes you think they are going to take care of your car. The worst part about it was I came back to find scratches all over my car, I contacted customer service and the front desk lady of course they said they are not responsible for it. Just drive down the street to the Park n Go its a dollar more and well worth it. I know I will next time.

I can't call this a hotel, it's really a motel. I made my reservation online on January 2 and got a confirmation number. When we arrived at the motel on May 19, they couldn't find my reservation, although the man at the desk noted, "it's one of our confirmation numbers." No worry, he had a room for us, though he had us wait while he went to the room to make sure it was ready. The buildings are run down and they are obviously in the midst of a major renovation. They need it. There was no obvious sign directing us to the office, so we drove around all of the buildings until we found it. The room was clean and quiet. The original construction was quite shoddy (none of the doors hang quite right, etc.), but everything was newly painted and the carpet appeared pretty new. The drapes were a joke, mismatched between the valance and the drapes and they barely covered the window. They were very frayed and worn. The water pressure was good. The mattress pad on the king size bed appeared to be a double size pad (flat, not fitted), so that was weird. All 3 pillows were very firm and very high, so I went out and bought my own pillow. We were staying for 3 nights. Our second night there, we returned to our room and found our key card no longer worked. On our way to the office, we ran into the man who had checked us in who told us there was a billing problem. It turned out that instead of charging us for the room, he had put it through as a credit. No problem, we were willing to have him put through two charges for the three-day amount, one to pay them back the credit and one to pay for the room. However, when he put through the second charge, he again mistakenly put it through as a credit. At this point he got rather flustered and called his credit card company and explained the situation. They told him to put it through three times. He took that to mean 3 MORE times. When he wanted to put it through a fourth time, I told him no. He didn't seem to understand that with 2 credits and 3 charges, we had now paid for the room. We left the office. I should also say that English is not this man's first language, though he seemed to speak it fairly well. Later than night, I checked my credit card online and found I now had FOUR charges pending for the room, but I couldn't tell how many credits. The day we checked out, we talked to the manager, Ron, who was in the office with the man who had caused all these problems. Ron said the company had just purchased the place 3.5 months ago. The man who had bungled this transaction said he had spent 45 minutes on the phone with the credit card company on our 2nd night and they had canceled all the transactions, then put through the charge one time. I called my credit card company and the recorded message seemed to indicate that I had the proper balance on my card. Ron told us to call if there was any problem. Today, three days later, I checked my credit card and I see ONE credit and FOUR charges for the same room. Thus, they charged me three times for the room. I called to talk to Ron and was told he is out of town for two weeks. I left my name and phone number and asked them to get in touch with Ron and have him call me. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Oh, BTW, our friend also made a reservation for this place for the same time, made his over the phone, and they also didn't have his reservation. BEWARE!
