Sometimes slow service, but it is usually dependent on the customers and how quickly they can get on/off the busses. Busses are generally very noisy but provide ample room. Generally, it is a short wait to get picked up and dropped off at the terminal. Leaving the terminal to go to the lot is generally slower as they try to fill the bus. Overall, a good choice for parking at the airport.

Very disappointing service. Waited 20min for shuttle to show up. They don’t send enough buses to shuttle customers back to the lot. Fastpark does it better and same rate! Horrible service last time I use them!! Both locations cost $9/day! I’m never returning to cvg Park ever again!

Cheaper than taking a taxi or other service at only $9 a day. The shuttle from parking lot to airport was called out for us by the person at the gate when we arrived at 330AM. There was a shuttle quickly available to take us back when we returned at 12AM. Make sure to keep your white ticket they give you at the gate, as this tells the returning shuttle driver where to drop you off.

No problems and upon return flight bus driver takes you right to your vehicle so you don't have to walk.

Super convenient for getting in and out of CVG airport. Huge, secure lot that is easy to get to from I-275. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very prompt, and the drivers are friendly and helpful. Convenient drop off at the airline ticket counters, and pickup just outside the baggage claim area.
