The prices are okay but their facility maintenance is the worst. Where do my fees go? Nobody knows. I've been a customer here for over three years and more than a year ago the lighting over my unit and the surrounding units broke. I spoke with the staff in person and via email countless times and yet, each time I come back, my unit remains in the dark. I just take a headlamp with me now just so I can see what's inside. Moving out ASAP. I asked for discounted rent because of the lack of fully functional facilities: no response, no apology, no action. If you want a not so cheap box in the dark, come here, if you want a faculty that maintains itself and responds to customer needs, go elsewhere.

Very helpful staff. Close to the airport. Easy and convenient for the price. $45pm. They gave a 50% discount only costing $34.00 including a new padlock. Better than carting un needed luggage.

Excellent rates. Accommodated my storage needs same day I called. Anthony was personable, proficient & knowledgeable about meeting my particular requirements. The premises were clean & inviting. I felt confident about storing my belongings at Airport Mini-Storage. P. W. Thompson

Probably the most affordable storage facility around LAX area! Fast and friendly service. Anthony at the office is super helpful and always a pleasure to deal with.
