I like this place. This is my second time around with them and I always find the place to be very quiet, clean, and overall not shady like you might think with a storage facility. even at night! the people who were here are also great! they're really nice and certainly did a lot to get me into a unity I wanted and at a very fair price. it was touch and go for me getting what I wanted by the time I needed it, but they worked hard to keep lines of communication open with me so I can pounce.

Customer service is excellent.  Stephanie takes great measures to ensure the client is satisfied.
Billing is effortless and the units are clean and easily accessible. Prices are also reasonable as well. I highly recommend this location. If I need to store anything again, this would be my obvious choice.

Management is fantastic! Stephanie is excellent and went above and beyond to help me with my unit and was very kind and friendly! She also took the time to check and make sure that all of my stuff would fit in the unit. The facility is clean and well lit, and feels safe. I was worried about finding a decent storage center, but my mind was put to ease after the experience

Looking for storage at a good price is not so easy. I'm happy I came to US Storage. Great prices and Stephanie has excellent customer service skills. She made us feel like part of the family.

This review is LONG overdue but definitely due. Jim and Stephanie go above an beyond for their tenants and I have not received such customer service since. If you're looking for a safe storage with great staff and at a good rate, look no further.
