My Mom rented a unit for the month of  February with a senior discount and told them at that time she would not be staying the whole month.  And  we did have her out within 2 weeks of renting and they still charged her for March without a senior discount even. So my mom called right away and the manager was so mean to her and he made her cry. So then I called to make arrangements when I found out about all this. Because there was a huge misunderstanding and they said it's too late and that corporate already sent my mom to collections. And this was April 1st when I called. They said she will be getting a letter from collections in (about) 30 days. I feel they where wrong just my opinion.
As for management the lady was nice but the man is a bully in my opinion.

Bit over priced. Had a 2nd unit wich i told would not keep for a month had the stuff out 3 days proir to end of month had to through fair amount way due to mice. Was told i had to give written e0 day notice fine whatever i filed it out paid for a month i never used. And still got charged for the following month. 

Go to get in my other unit and what do u know im locked out and noone answers there phone.  Ive paid my unit by the 4th of each month due to paydays. Never had problems till now. 

Go elswhere for business.

I've had my unite and multiple unites for years.     Every unite I've had has been broken into by the adjacent unite.    Poor quality security.     Every unite has had leaks and plenty of mice.      It may be cheaper but you do get what you pay for!

Mice infested! 2 units and both had several mice! Ugh very gross!

I have been at this facility for more then five years.  I love the wide isles to get my box truck down to load and unload items.  Unlike previous reviewer I have never had an issue with payments but I have always paid within the terms of the agreement.  I find that the facility is easy to enter into from Hinckley Drive and the closeness to the interstate.  Unlike some another facility experience I have never had any flooding issues.  I started out with Helen and Glenn who were great managers but Jim seems to be very helpful also.  Rates are great, gate is computerized for easy access to your unit.  Love the upgrade of being able to pay online for my unit.  I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for self storage.
