The storage was very good, dry and seemed to be very protected, all indoors. But, after the "free" first month, which ended up including an activation fee, insurances and who knows what else, it ended up costing the same that a normal month would be after that. Then, at any whim, they raised the monthly price by $10 on two different occasions. We switched to the smallest unit possible after 4 or 5 months, and still payed close to the same amount as the larger unit.

This location has been easy to use and access was very easy to set up thanks to the help of Christine. She was incredibly professional and offered a few options rather than push us into a specific unit.The units we rentes are clean and in very good shape. As home staging professionals, keeping our inventory in a place that is clean is if the utmost importance. That being said, I would certainly recommend this indoor facility to anyone else simply because of how easy Christine made the process.

Grade A+++++ storage facility!! Very clean building. The security feels extremely safe. The customer service was PHENOMENAL! I can't think of any other place I would want to store my property - and I have been to many places!

This place is very clean, staff was very nice, decently affordable and I never had any problems. I was deployed and late on one of my payments and they were very understanding of my situation and helped me out. I would definitely use this place again.

The facility was very clean and Christine was awesome!! She knows what she's doing and was very helpful at answering any of my questions. Very professional! Well done!
