Dr. Hernandez and my recovery specialist Lisa Dick were both knowledgeable, polite, encouraging and helpful. After 4 sessions I feel almost 100% again and am ready to get back to my normal activity. For weeks ago, I could barley walk upright. Both listened attentively, game advise about my workout and provided extra stretching and strength building exercises as I inquired about different muscle groups. Scheduling and payments are easy & accommodation. All stretching, strength building and exercised are posted online with videos and instructions to refer back to.

I went in to see Dr. Hernandez for lower back pain that radiated into my left leg. In 3 visits she has been able to diagnose and treat me with great care and advise on how to continue to get well. She has excellent communication throughout the entire process . Lisa also has done a great job with showing me the necessary exercises to help in my recovery. Her follow up is amazing. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Hernandez.

Dr. Hernandez and her assistant Lisa are excellent. I can't believe I didn't know about airrosti until recently - it is exactly what I believe so many people are looking for and a great alternative to a chiropractor. I had chronic shoulder pain that was turning into new neck pain/horrible muscle spasms and after 1 treatment I was nearly pain free! Dr Hernandez knows her stuff and Lisa is great at taking Dr. Hernandez's vision and teaching the aftercare program. After four treatments my treatment plan is complete and I understand some simple exercises to continue to improve myself. Also, they are extremely personable and just generally fun to be around which is a huge plus in my book!

I have seen Dr. Hernandez numerous times for various injuries and she has helped me tremendously with each one. She is very efficient, knowledgable, and caring about my situation. Her office is extremely professional but also friendly and supportive. Dr. Hernandez follows up with a phone call every time I have been treated to make sure I am doing OK. I definitely would recommend seeing Dr. H if you have an injury or any sort of pain - you will be happy you did...........

I had a lot of pain in my shoulder that I had been dealing with for almost two years(was told a partial tear of the rotator cuff). My hope was that they could get me to the point of just being able to rehab it with body weight exercises and rubber bands. But 5 visits later, I have far exceeded that and I am improving every day. I have a physical job and I sometimes do stupid stuff off duty, so I am sure I will be back. I just won’t wait so long next time. It’s definitely worth checking out ! MW Firefighter/Paramedic
