Bryan went out of his way to be sure we were happy and we highly recommend him if you're looking for exceptional service.  My husband and I rented an RV from Bryan for 3 weeks the day he retired from his job of 39 years.  We spent weeks researching RV rentals and physically went out to look at RV rentals due to my OCD regarding cleanliness.  Don't waste your time, go to see him because you will not find a company that rents anything half as clean.  This was super important to me and I felt every effort possible was made to ensure we were happy.  The RV was practically new with very low miles and everything worked perfectly, not one cabinet ever popped open on its own the entire 5800 miles.  Thank you Adventure RV and Bryan for making our dream trip an incredible experience.  Lori & Rick

Rented a 31' RV from Bryan. Very good experience. Bryan was very responsive via email and extremely helpful in person. Highly recommended and I will rent from them again.

I drove two hours to look at the class c's for sale on the internet. I asked to see the inside of the 5 on the lot but was told they were rented. I explained I drove 2 hours but was told sorry, they were rented. I think I interrupted a coffee break. Just a heads up, don't go out of your way.... they won't.

We had a dream. We were decided and knew what we wanted so it was all just about picking the dealership that we'll do business with. Naturally we started with calling a local one for our area. They were not too friendly on the phone... and then accidentally we drove by Airstream of Chicago. From the first moment we were greeted with courtesy, smiles and real interest in what we were looking for. No pushy salesmanship, just informative and supportive approach. We live 900 miles away from Chicago yet we didn't hesitate for a moment. We decided to pick up our Airstream from this dealership because of how incredibly nice Everyone was. Steve, Vicky, Efrem, Rich - thank you so much for all your help and assistance. It didn't end with the sale. Every single one of our questions and/or problems past the sale has been answered and addressed in a timely fashion and resolved. We couldn't recommend Airstream of Chicago more to anyone out there looking for a travel trailer!
