Parveen always takes the time to make sure I'm happy with my eyebrows. I don't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. Quick, efficient and great prices!☺

I was not at all satisfied with the service I got. I went to the salon for threading of my eyebrows, forehead, upperlip and a layer haircut. I wanted a hairwash before the haircut. Firstly,the lady attending to me washed my hair. I am eight months pregnant and have difficulty getting up from low beds but the lady did not offer me her hand. Secondly, she cut my hair while it was wet but then did not blowdry it at all! I asked her 'Won't you blowdry my hair?' She said that normally for the price I was paying ($ 18=$12 for haircut+$6 for hairwash) they do blowdry but since I had long hair she will charge me extra $7 i.e. $25 for it! I said that in that case I do not want blowdry. Thirdly, before threading my eyebrows I told her not to make my eyebrow shape thinner. She replied 'There is no way I can make your eyebrows any thinner'. I thought that was quite a rude thing to say! I came out of the salon with dripping wet hair and quite upset. I request you to tell your staff to please SMILE to customers and TREAT THEM WELL.

I been getting my eyebrows done by the awesome person name Naheed. She the most wonderful and kinda person I know. She always make you feel at home. I would give it 10 stars if I could :)

New employee name Neelam is fantastic. I had known Neelam from her previous salon over a year.  I love the color, hair cut style she does for me perfect. She always been consistent with hair color. She is hardworking, friendly and treat like a family. She manage her customers so efficiently keep all very happy. I would highly recommend Neelam for all your beauty needs. Front Desk staff is very good. Keep up the good work.
