I just had a wonderful experience at this store. One of my locks wasn't working well. I'm ignorant about these matters. When I went in, thinking I might need an entirely new lock, one of their main guys (I'm told it may have been Aaron) said that the type of lock I have often needs lubrication. That if I bought a can of WD-40 for $5 that would almost surely solve the problem. I did and immediately the lock was absolutely fine. He had the integrity to offer a solution that cost his store a job replacing a lock!!! We need more people like that in this world.

Best prices in the neighborhood. I made the big mistake of going to Lowes first, where it took the staff twenty minutes to make me keys that did not work and cost more than they told me. So I went to Aja and within three minutes I had my new keys that worked perfectly at a lower price than Lowe's. Friendly staff and great experience!

The guy behind the counter was really upset when I asked for help with few things, while he was on his phone with his buddy-  I believe since he was cursing on some one. When he finally finished and I asked for few things that I needed, he just responded "o sh..." 
Is it normal or I'm just missing something...

Bottom line: These guys are great and they'll get you what you need...it may just take a while.

I went to them trying to order replacement locks I couldn't get through the manufacturer. It took a couple of weeks for AJA to figure out a supplier, but they found someone who got me exactly the lock cores I needed. Since I work for a non-profit, they were able to accept my tax exempt status and I walked away (three weeks after I had first gone to them for help) with exactly what I needed.

I will be using them again in the future. Thanks to Joe, Jimmy, and their whole team.
