I felt compelled to review Purple Locksmith because both the service and level of work was phenomenal. Ray was not only personable and trustworthy, but also the best at what he does. He installed the smoothest top lock within minutes. I thought I had a problem with it, and he came over without complaints the next day (the problem, it turns out, is that I'm terrible with keys). He was considerate enough to pull back my carpet as to not walk over it with his shoes. 

Further, my friend locked herself out of her apartment - Ray came over ASAP and opened the door within minutes. 

I highly recommend Purple Locksmith. It is absolutely the best option in the city.

Jerry was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough, and explained clearly all of the actions he took in repairing my door locks. He showed up on time (even waited for me because I was late). He explained various options for me to upgrade my lock system, but did not try and sell me on anything. It was more of a "if you are looking for X, you should do this, if you're looking for Y you should do that, and don't spend all your money on such-and-such system unless need Z". He was also very knowledgeable about the state of my overall door (not just the lock). I trusted him and would definitely use him again.

Robert from this locksmith was great! I needed a new car key made and he was right on time, friendly, completed the job promptly, and was very professional. I scheduled an appointment with him the day before and the next morning he called me twice to update me on his ETA. He got there a couple minutes earlier than our scheduled time and even asked what time I needed to be at work to ensure I would get there on time. The quote he gave me was the price I paid--hard to find in this business!

Wow. Just fantastic.  Rob from Purple locksmith came in on time, done in 10 minutes. Super professional, super charming. Would highly recommend him. Not only was he very good at his job, but he also was willing to take the time to explain the ins and outs of locks to me and how to keep my apartment safe. Thanks so much Rob!

I'm certainly not going to attempt to fix any lock issues myself because, hey, while youtube videos are helpful for some, I'm not a professional. Recently I'd been having doorknob and deadbolt lock issues and wasn't really sure of the root of the problem. 

Jay from Purple Locksmith arrived on time and had the lock and doorknob fixed within less than 10 minutes. A very simple fix that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I would definitely call them again in the future if I have any other lock issues.
