Anna helped us sell our home in Vernon Hills. We did not know her prior but had seen her office on the way to our daughters school. Being a perfectionist myself I can tell you that Anna is one! She was simply incredible from the start. From being proactive with communication and explaining things that most of us don’t understand to recommending cleaners, painted etc she made the whole process a breeze! She is also to the point, precise and transparent and kept her promise of selling the home within a week of listing and at the price she anticipated!! 

I highly highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed. She is all you would want in your real estate agent and more!

We bought and sold a house with Anna last month. Anna has deep knowledge of the local market and knew how to price our home for a timely sale. From start to finish, she provided expert advice, helping us prepare the home for photo-shoot, followed up with feedback after showings, and worked closely providing professional -and when needed at times-personal advise through the contracting and closing process. On the purchase side, she was an excellent negotiator and guided us through all the steps with patience and compassion. I highly recommend Anna, we've known her for 10 years (bought the house we just sold with her in 2008) and will certainly use her again. She represented our best interest at every transaction. Anna is a very kind individual, excellent communicator and extremely dependable/responsive agent. We have been looking for a perfect home for close to 3 years, and each time Anna came to a showing with a smile on her face (and there must have been close to a hundred of showings in total!). In addition she knows the best local professionals if you are looking for a good real estate attorney or painter, just like her, these turn out to be people you can trust! Anna is simply the best!!!

I searched through reviews on this very site to randomly call up Anna and I am so glad I did! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home (I did not have a home to sell), especially in the Lake county area. Look at all the other reviews and you can see Anna is everything you would could want in a realtor: - Excellent communicator: She is always available to talk / text with you unless she is with another client. Even then, she always returned a message within a few hours or at the latest, the same day. - Great affiliates: As a first time home buyer, we did not have an inspector, lawyer, specific bank, etc.. we would use. Every recommendation from Anna offered some kind of "working with Anna discount" and was just as great to work with as Anna. You will see she has very low tolerance for working with people who don't share her same expertise / standards. - Lives to get you the house you want: She was always available to look at houses. We eventually found our house after 3 weekends of trips after texting Anna at 6am the same day to see if we could look some houses. We didn't really expect much, but Anna somehow scheduled 7 house visits that day and we found the perfect home that afternoon. - A kind person: You can't forget about the person themselves. Anna is so kind and thoughtful and cares deeply about her work and making her clients happy. We are so happy, we read one of these very reviews and gave her a call. You should too!"

As first time home buyers, my husband and I relied on family and friends to assist along the way. Several glowing recommendations led us to choosing Anna Klarck as our real estate agent. That was the best decision we could’ve made. Anna’s is an expert in her field and an absolute pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Anna and will most definitely use her services again in the future!

Anna was absolutely fantastic in every aspect of the selling of my home.  She provided insight and helped with so many things before, during and after the sale.  Great communications skills, very "to the point".  I felt very comfortable talking with her, she does not waste your time.  I would refer her to anyone.  Thank you so much for a wonderful selling experience.  In fact, this was the second home we sold through her.  I worked with her on selling my moms home too.  My mother loved Anna as well.
