Very little willingness to represent their clients.  We carry home/auto/boat/umbrella policies with them.   When they failed to remove insured items in a timely manner as requested, they passed the costs to us and made little attempt to correct.  We will be moving all policies soon.  

To be fair, Safeco may be the problem here.  But AL is our agent and should be able to fix this. Unfortunately, the followup was too late to be of benefit.  Very frustrated client.

I submitted payment to al Boenker in person and the insurance company sent me multiple notices that I never paid.  I have documentation within my bank statements that I paid my policy in full for a full year. I had to reach out to the insurance company I bought my policy with (because getting ahold of someone here is difficult) and the insurance company said I was in good standing and paid in full. A month later I received notice that my policy was canceled due to nonpayment. The companies that I’ll Boenker uses have terrible customer service and will  give you a lot of headaches.   I highly recommend Consider shopping around.  I’m cutting my ties with this agency and have found a more affordable premium with higher coverage with a more reputable insurance company.  Please do the same and if you have an issue with this agency file a complaint with the Texas department of insurance. Reading the reviews here support that I’m not the only one that has had issues with this company and whoever represents this agency is very unprofessional based on the replies. Beware  and don’t become a victim.

The Insurance companies that they work with are very unprofessional, over priced and provide very bad customer service. It is difficult to get a hold of someone at this office.  I had many issues with my policy. The final blow was when I paid my policy in full for a whole year and I received notice that I did not pay, stating that it is being canceled. I have my bank statements proving that I paid. I will not deal with it and am canceling my policy and going elsewhere.  Do your research most of these insurance companies that they deal with are overpriced and under insure you.

I have filed a claim against one of Al Boenker's insureds.  In filing the claim, i have been transferred to a second party adjuster.  Initially I was asked to get quotes to repair the damage caused by the insured.  Upon getting quotes and giving them to the claims adjuster, I was given a low ball figure to settle the claim.  I refused, as its nowhere near the repair cost.  Then the claims adjuster went quiet for 2 months.  I finally tracked her down by phone and was verbal insulted on the phone and once again by email for not being able to find a quote that fit their idea of what they should pay.  When I asked for what calculations were used to come to the payment amount, the response I got was, "My boss is a farmer and knows what it should cost".

Let me say that Al Boenker Insurance company is Fantastic-!! Besides a wonderful Christian Family Man, their health insurance I bought last year literally was AWESOME-! I ended up choosing Baylor Scott and White PPO
