I filed a complaint in February on my mom's long-term care insurance issues with metlife.  We have been working with them a year.    I called a few weeks ago to check status, and they said they would call me.  I called yesterday to check status, and they supposedly have no record of the complaint.  This is the state board of insurance?   I rank them at the bottom with no stars like metlife

When you can get someone on the phone... they can help, maybe. Be prepared to wait on hold for about 20-30 mins.

Service was subpar and efficiency was terrible. Online scheduling does not help.

I have sent about a million emails. It took them an eternity 2 respond once! They told ME what my issue was and gave me some bogus toll free number 2 call!
