They will rip you off like thy did me stay away

They had my vehicle for three and a half weeks to replace the back axle, I keep getting excuse after excuse has to why it was taking so long to fix, everytime I drove by my car was never in the shop and when I Finally got it back something was wrong with the front-end and my air conditioning was not working, when I called to tell Jim about it all he said was that they did not touch the front end but to bring it back and they would look at it before I took it back I talked to another licensed certified mechanic he said that it sounded like they took it out and four-wheeled it and did something to it, which explained why the gas was almost empty (half of tank when I dropped it off) mud was all over it and my cds and other belongings where all over the car and a crack in the grill that was not there before, now it pulls to the right the steering wheel will not even set straight and AC doesn't work. He
Jim said they never drove it that it never left their shop and when I told him what the other mechanic said he got ugly with me and said they won't touch it, he did drive it around the block and said that it didn't pull I told him to take it on the highway he said he won't touch again and walked away. I have used them before in the past with no issue but now I will do all I can to prevent this happening to anyone else. I try to shop local and do business with the small local shops but never again. This is causing me so much stress that it is making me physically sick. Don't trust these guys.

I went there near the middle/end of August, my car had broken down on a trip from Seattle to San Fran; I needed my clutch, clutch cable, and front axle to be replaced, they were speedy and very nice.
But, I had to spend 330 dollars the other day to get my clutch worked on again because a piece inside it was missing, causing the clutch to not work correctly.
All in all, it was really good customer service, but they forgot to attach something and it caused me to have to spend more money to get repaired.

Do your research I wish I had it would have saved me thousands of dollars! Workman ship is poor if I could give a negative rating I would. Wish I knew what I know now back then.
