I have to say thumbs up to Al Piemonte for their great service. I recently had my servi w engine soon light come on and brought it in. And glad that I did bring it in to AP Ford. The car was diagnosed and fixed. However, when it was taken out for a test drive service engine came up again. They took it back and upon further inspection found another issue. Andy was extremely helpful with explaining everything to me and helping me get a rental. I gave found from getting my oil changed to repairs I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else. Everyone there is extremely helpful and keeps you abreast on any issues your car may have.. THANK YOU Al Piemonte 🙂🙂🙂

the good 'ol fashioned approach. No point and click was going to fix my car! A knowledgeable mechanic knew what to do, twisted that wrench, made some last minute calibrations and my car was fixed! Just like new. Awesome Service team! I highly recommend Al Piemonte Ford (y)

ECSTATIC!!!  That's just one superlative I can use to express my satisfaction with the deal and the treatment I received at Al Piemonte Ford.  My guy Michael (the Actor) Mancilla kept things light and low stress with a good sense of humor and I appreciated that he never 
"sugar-coated" things and was always straight-up with me.  It's bad enough that this process takes as long as it usually does (no fault of theirs) but it's made worse when they keep you dangling in suspense as to whether they can even get a deal done or are able to work with you in the first place.  Not a factor here.  All the way from the Finance Manager to the Big Boss, everyone was exceptionally pleasant.  They also got me the best finance rate I've ever had in my life, with a weak credit score, a minimal down payment and an "upside-down" trade in.  Outstanding!!
I will definitely come back for my next vehicle in the future.  Thanks AP Ford Team!

I bought a brand new car, started giving me problems so quickly. Went to the dealer they changed the clutch. Then again same problem after few miles, went again and they had to change the clutch and the transmittion. So I thought everything was fixed but after a week same problem again.. where the RPM will do high excessively and I would get a message saying transmittion hot. So I contacted the company, they were no help, contacted the dealer they said I can do a trade in, such a joke!!! I asked them, i have a warrenty now what happens when it expires and i have to pay out of my pocket. No answer!! So useless!!My first car and horrible experience with ford. I regreat it so much. However, Mike from service has been amazing, he does as much as he can to help me out with the service.
