I've been coming to this location for 3 + years. I specifically recommend the Al Piemonte Nissan location for any vehicle purchasing, trade ins, body work or service work. If you're looking for an easy and hassle free location, this is the one. Ordering parts within the dealer is made super easy as well. Just provide your VIN and the parts department know the pieces I'm attempting to describe as accurately as possible and order them for me. When you become a part of the Nissan family their service department is the best of the best. The staff takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses the issue accordingly. 100% recommend this location and will be coming back for ANYTHING that my vehicle needs.

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer and leased another. My car leased is under warranty and was dropped off here for servicing a light which came on for "four wheel drive error". Car was dropped off on Saturday and I received a phone call today (Wednesday) that they are unable to find anything wrong with it. Apparently, they drove the car around to find out why the light would go on because they "don't know". After checking my mileage from dropped off to picked up they drove a total of 2 miles. I do not know how much you can find out by this but apparently nothing. I wonder if this is the case for anyone who has a light come on and they "don't know why".

When we picked up the car we were told the car was in front. Standing in front looking around there's no car. Went back in... and they can't find the car! But they are quick to find you one to sell! Also, if they just found out (after 3 days of being in service) that there was nothing wrong, why can't they find the car. Finally, I taken my cars here for almost anything and always received a car wash when dropped off in service. But since they can't bill me for nothing, I do not receive the same service? On top of that I need to refill the tank and not go over 100 miles on their loaner car for 3+ days is pathetic. I will be taking my loyalty to a dealer that deserves it.

Al Piemonte is definitely the number one place to go for your vehicle purchasing needs. Not only do they have amazing knowledgeable salespeople, but they’re management team is off the charts. They will not let you walk out unless they’ve exhausted every resource to get you in the car if your dreams. Highly recommended!!! Keep up the good work guys!

Drove an hour to Al Piemonte Nissan to look at a new car for my daughter.  We quickly became new and satisfied customers.  Everyone we met at the dealership was professional and great to work with starting with Jon David - Sales Manager.  Richie, our salesman went above and beyond the call of duty in working with us well after hours to ensure our satisfaction with the new car purchase.   Armando marshaled us through the paperwork quickly and painlessly.  Great experience!

I loved working with Ron Brown at Al Piemonte Nissan. He is one of the best sales people that I have worked with ever. Understanding my time is important and that I need to do things remotely, he was willing and he truly went to work for me. He was completely honest and upfront with me on everything. It was refreshing and who has ever heard of an honest salesman. He walked me through the numbers and what we are going against all over the phone! He sent me pictures and was in constant contact. I swear this guy had me sold via text! I will keep on coming back and if Ron ever leaves I just might follow him. Again, best experience I have ever had! Ron if your reading this I really appreciate it buddy!
