I've had Al replace several of my windshields, & I have been very satisfied.... the work was professional and quality.

My wife had the windshield replaced ( I was out of the area unfortunately)and the installation was terrible. The car is now missing a plastic plug, has broken plastic, and the trim around the windshield runs to the back glass the trim was not snapped in on either past the windshield so we had about 4 feet of trim that was flapping in the wind. 

When I called back he told us it wasn't going to affect the windshield and he was not going to do anything about the trim.
