We have used Mayfield Auto for the past 5 years with all our vehicles and they have gone above & beyond everytime! Wouldn't want to go any where else.

Last time we brought our vehicle to them my husband told them we needed it to be done by 3:30 because we only have one vehicle and I work out of town and would have to be picked up. It wasn't finished at 4:00 when I called to check and was told it would be two more hours. Not acceptable. So I told him they were done and not to do the alignment. 

I call to make another appointment and am told to bring my car in. I make arrangements and they refuse to service my car because apparently I "gnawed him a good one" last time my car was there because they didn't listen to the instructions about being done. 

Time to put on your big boy pants and deal with a customer speaking up after not being listened to. There are reasons why instructions are given when appointments are made.

We have done business with Mike and Lora for several years after a recommendation from a friend from out of town who had broken down in West Plains and had used their shop for repairs. We have come to trust them completely for timely high quality work at fair prices. My wife is comfortable taking something to them alone which says a lot. It's rare for a woman to feel comfortable doing that with a auto repair shop these days. They stand behind their work exceptionally well. They are our go-to-place for car repair and advice. Keep up the good work, Mike and Lora. Thank you for the way you do business.

I've done  Business with the Mayfield's since they opened in the 90s! They have always got my  vehicle  Fixed on the day I made my appointment for! There price has always been fair! And they have always stood behind there work! If u want a good  mechanic  in west plains mayfield's is it! When u go to other shops in west plains and they can't fix  electrical  Problems they send u to mayfield's. So save ur money and go to mayfield's first!
