Al Torstrick Insurance has handled all of my personal and business insurance since I moved to Lexington 14 years ago!  Everyone there is friendly and knows what they are talking about.  One of the many things that I like is that you always get a quick response to any question or request.  If one person can't immediately answer, they make sure that the right person follows up with you.  It's so nice to just have one phone number to call no matter what I need.  And because it's an independent agency, they will shop around for you to make sure you're getting the best deal for your money, and all the discounts that are out there.  It is SO much better than dealing with the chain-type agents that I'd dealt with in the past. Big or small, they make you feel important. I wouldn't use anyone else!
