I had the pleasure of working with Audrey as my agent and she has been tremendous. She was able to get me rates (better than what I have been paying with a competitor, with additional coverage) and answer all of my questions on the same day. Far and away the most knowledgeable, solution oriented insurance agency i have ever encountered.  Each and every time we have had a question or an issue they have gone to bat for us in a way that has been beneficial to us.  You simply do not find the excellent customer service that is extended every day with this group of professionals.  Every one of these individuals is pleasant, competent, and focused on the customer.  We have often asked about usual circumstances and EVERY time the agent we talked to immediately researched the issue and got back to us with a very acceptable solution. These agents go out of their way to provide service and an excellent product in a consistently pleasant way.  Cannot recommend them highly enough.  I have sent everyone i know there and they all thank me for the referral and espess the same sense of satisfaction with their policy and their experience.

Just switched insurance carriers after many years.  We did not realize the savings had we reached out earlier.  We so appreciate the patience and attention Jen Emberton provided to our requests.  She made sure we were comfortable with the offerings, met with us after hours and even made sure our policies were while on vacation and a holiday.  We feel she went above and beyond.  Superior customer service!  Highly recommend!

Jennifer Cecil is amazing and has handled all of my insurance needs from vehicles, to home and even life insurance. It makes me feel very confident in my coverage and extremely comfortable having a real life person that I can call and an office that's just right down the street. I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance of any kind.

I have been with the same insurance company for 16 years and decided it was time to search for other options. Jen Emberton got me a great rate and was super friendly! Jen even recommended renter's insurance that I will be getting when I move into my new place. I highly recommend this company!
