I would give them no stars if it were an option. I called on a Monday morning to have a new key made for my car. After three and a half hours of the locksmith unsuccessfully programming the key, she told me that she would come back later in the afternoon, and charged me a $275 deposit. 

Not only did she not come back on Monday, she never showed on Tuesday, either. I have scheduled appointments every single day of this week, only to be stood up. I have called multiple times, only to be told that they will call me back. (Which has not happened.) 

I had to purchase a rental car for the week, and I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t work from home. This company no-showed on me every single day for an entire work week.

Update- TWO WEEKS later, of calling every three hours every day and not ever hearing back from one of their locksmith technicians, they tell me that they are unable to make my key. If they would’ve just said that in the first place, instead of forcing me to stay home all day, every day with no response, I couldn’t taken my business elsewhere. 

I have been nothing but polite, courteous, and probably WAY sto understanding in this situation. Today, after over thirty phone calls with these people, I had to resort to hollering because the “customer service” woman named Sandy REFUSED to listen to me and hear me out so that we could come up with a plan of action. Instead, she continued to blow me off and talk over me, and even after all of that, STILL doesnt know the reason I called in the first place. 

This is, by far, the most unprofessional business I have EVER been in contact with. Do yourself a favor and don’t even call.

Highway robbery. 5 HOURS and $500 later, I get the privilege of driving my own car away. Do not ever use this service. Waste of time and money. Tech showed up 2.5 hours after call and took 2.5 hours to google and YouTube how to program my key fob. Allegedly had to buy "tokens" to keep trial and erroring what codes "might" work. Maybe I mistakenly was sent a Chuck E Cheese tech. BBB report opened.

Vent cleaning service.  Some of the work was done well but the A/C registers were not thoroughly inspected. Missed some obvious stuff that should have been cleaned, causing the musty smell to return after only a few days.

Great fast service. But extremely expensive. Charged 150 for opening door in 30 seconds.

The locksmith division of this company completely overcharges to pop a lock on your car. The website clearly states that the rate is $35 and $15 service fee. I was charged $145 plus a service fee to have my car unlocked. When I called to complain about the pricing the clerk said that she was sorry that I misunderstood the pricing and that the starting price was $35 but all cars are assessed by technicians and pricing was made based on the technicians assessment. Would never recommend this service.
