The guy who came to our house was supposed to clean both our tile floors plus carpet in two bedrooms. He said he didn’t know he was supposed to do the tile, so he didn’t bring the right equipment. Then he told us the carpets should be dry in a couple of hours. It has been 7 hours now, and even with ceiling fans on ever since he left, they are still wet. In your videos it show the technician using a suction extractor, but he didn’t. He used a swirling unit which apparently had no suction capability. No we are not satisfied customers and will not recommend Southern Carpet Cleaners to anyone. When your office called to ask us if we were satisfied , it was immediately after the technician left, not giving us much time to evaluate his work. Get your act together, or close your business. Sorry to sound so brutal, but this had to be said.
I saw the Southern Carpet Car van at a local market and asked the driver about availability to clean carpets at a home we were just moving into. They were out the next day to clean the carpets and several large area rugs. All of them looked great, and the low moisture method used was a plus in the high humidity. We plan to call Vickie soon to clean the carpets and area rugs at our beach house. Thanks for a job well done!
We recently moved from Alabama and was in a rush and the people that were coming to do the cleaning never showed up. Got to miami and had to find someone else myself just going by the reviews and google. Called and spoke to Vickie. She made me feel super comfortable and went above and beyond to help me. So grateful for all her help and professionalism. Highly recommend them. And by the way did I mentioned did the Job ASAP. Paid over the phone and also offered to help me find a landscaping person for us. So thankful that there is still great people out there who care about there customers not just their money. Had Southern Carpet Care of Mobile come out and clean our carpets at my Trampoline park. They did a great job, I highly recommend them for commercial use. Friendly staff, and reasonably priced.

This business has cleaned my carpets about four times now. I have older pets and four teens that create havoc on my carpets but they perform miracles each time I call! Timely, professional and personable! Highly recommend!
