Great people there who has alot to deal with but does their best to provide great customer service. I would advise anyone that's doing anything outside of renewing your tag to go online and make sure you have everything that you will need...especially out of state transaction.

It was great until I talked to Venis. I went into the office yesterday to get my license transferred from a different state. The clerk (Fred) that I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Then this morning, Venis called me threatening me that she was going to revoke my license because I didn't pay. I followed all the instructions that I was given yesterday. She was trying to make it seem like it was my fault that the clerk forgot (he's human..it happens). Instead of the threats all she had to do was call and say there was a mistake could you come in and get things taken care of. The threats were not necessary.

"Registration and title system down." ... No sense of urgency in trying to fix this when this is the main reason people come to the tax collector's office. This inconveniences so many people, and it seems like they're not doing much to try and fix it.

Always fast a polite,professional thank u all for what u done.was from outta state needed my fiance and my cars and license done Vivian help make smooth and easy. She was able to get us seen at one window rather two which would have taking longer.My fiance had plenty of issues mrs Vivian was patient and very clear with what was needed to be done.
