Reserved this building for my baby shower. The building was sufficient for what we needed. The customer service however was not so good. We reserved the building for 5 hours 2pm - 7 pm and was 20 mins late leaving. We were charged $38 for an additional hour. Seems sad that they have no sense of flexibility for clients. Oh well we will know better next time.

Reserved this center for my babyshower, although it was sufficient for a small gathering the customer service was awful. First, the building was reserved by another person w/ a "deposit", we were told the remaining of the money was due the day of the shower. Called and spoke w/ Regina two weeks prior to the shower to arrange for the event coordinator to tour the building, she was rude. We asked to extend our time longer than the four hrs, she refused at first w/o even asking how long saying "I can't do that". We advised we only needed a hour ahead to allow for more time to set up, it was finally granted, however she didn't even have any paperwork and started throwing out random prices for a hour extension not even considering our money we had already put towards the building. Fast forward to the week of the shower, my husband and I call just as a final check to make sure everything was good to go... pretty much just going through our checklist, we ran through building, times, date w/Regina. Then proceeded to discuss funds, she states "y'all not even supposed to have a babyshower, the remaining of the money was due two weeks prior (mind you we spoke to her two weeks prior to the shower and nothing was mentioned) she then advised there's no deposit you just put money down towards the building to hold your date which was fine, we were just misinformed. Day of the shower: I get a phone call advising she's had a death in the family and someone should be there and if not then she'll leave a survey for us to complete, her family emergency was completely understandable... however upon guest arriving, a complete stranger (a male) walks in, goes to the back without saying a word, nor introducing himself to my husband, myself no one. She finally arrived instantly being rude again to my caterer, at first you know we were trying to be understanding that she had a death in the family, but in a job like such, customer service is extremely important if you're unable to do the job because of personal issues that day, it's best to stay away and not come and ruin the good vibes at someone's event celebrating their new bundle of joy. We started breaking down the building at 6:45, placing tables and chairs back, sweeping, mopping, even cleaning their bathrooms, we had the building reserved til 7, we finished cleaning at 7:10, she walks up to my husband and states "you know it's going to be an extra $38 right (the price per hour)? I told my husband let's just leave, let her finish, the service was horrible, we're going above and beyond cleaning this building and she's still being rude. However he didn't want to, so we ended up walking out the building at 7:23, since we paid for another hour we started to have our family stay and have a 30min party.. however the experience was so bad w/ the "staff" everyone, including guests were ready to leave. I do not recommend anyone getting this building, unless this is your final option which in our case it was. The staff has not one ounce of customer service skills, via the phone or in person, they are completely unorganized and there is no kind of flexibility, I could see paying maybe half of $38 for ten minutes but not a full hour for TEN MINUTES.
