We selected Lori to help us sell our family home because we sensed that she is a high-energy professional who would work hard to give us the best value for the home. Lori's offer to help clear out 60+ years of accumulated house contents was also a strong benefit. She rolled up her sleeves and spent a solid weekend sorting and clearing out the house, which lifted a huge burden from the family. Lori's suggestions to update the appearance of the home's interior made the house much more appealing to today's buyers. She worked diligently on our behalf, arranging home inspections and repairs. As with many older homes, unforeseen issues arise. In our case, Lori offered to cover some of the additional inspections and repairs using her own funds. She played a role of not only a realtor, but a true partner in the process. We are very pleased with her work, and give her our highest recommendation.  We would also like to give a shout out to her associate Cheryl Hata.  Cheryl was always available to us and did a great job in making the sales process go smoothly for us.

We were extremely pleased with Lori. We spent over a year looking for a home and she stuck with us the entire time. Her expertise really stood out during the negotiations. We made offers on several houses and each time she tailored our offer to maximize our chance of getting the home. She was   always straightforward and honest with us about what to expect throughout the entire process.

CAN You SAY DIVERSITY.. IT IS SO OBVIOUS THAT REALTY companies HAVE A RACE GENDER PROFILE THAT POPS UP ALL THE INFO THEY NEED TO know ABOUT WETHER OR NOT THEY WILL waste THEIR PRECIOUS overpaid TIME TO HELP YOUR POVERTY STRICKEN BLACK HUD HOUSING PROGRAM PARTICIPANT ASS find A HOME YOU MAY OR MAY NOT QAULIFY for THEREFORE AGENTS ASK POTENTIAL clients IF THERE IS STILL MONEY IN THE PROGRAM, THEN TELL YOU THERE aren't ANY HOMES IN YOUR UNDER a million  price range  n just crush your BLACK American dream off top!  IJS. Culturally INSENSITIVE, socially unacceptable practices, and covert racial bias is just not a good look. 
BTW how many BLACK American Realtors work for this area? How many BLACK home owner under 60??? Just curious
