We wouldn't be in our current home if it weren't for Kim Rhinehart at Bradley. It was a home that we really wanted, but as a distressed sale, it came with a multitude of challenges. Kim took the initiative to drive the sales process like no one we've ever worked with. There were several occasions during the 6 month close that we almost lost the property due to issues presented by the owner (bank owned) and the listing agent, but she guided us through each situation and kept us calm and informed. It was one of the hardest things my husband and I went through. But we got what we wanted in the end thanks to Kim's willingness to go the extra mile and not give up. Her creativity, know-how, knowledge of the market and process was unmatched. I would recommend that if anyone wants to buy or sell a property in this cut-throat market, that you work with her. She was amazing!

Like most first time home buyers my husband and I had big expectations and a limited budget. Kim Rhinehart from Bradley Real Estate, San Rafael, put up with all our crazy ideas and showed us everything, even if it was completely unrealistic. She was not just our agent, but our counselor and advisor. She didn’t let us get in over our heads, but she did suggest mortgage alternatives when we couldn’t get what we needed from our broker.

Her experience and knowledge of the industry eventually allowed us to buy our first home in beautiful Pleasant Valley, Novato. Our home has gone up in value about 25% in 2 years.

We love our home, we love that we made a great investment and we love Kim!
