Can't say enough about Dr. Berke & her staff! From scheduling my appointment to seeing the doctor. They were friendly & very helpful.  All of my concerns were addressed with  professionalism and understanding. It's been a long time since I've gone to a doctor's office that is warm and caring. Would highly recommend!

Went to see Dr. Berke and her staff can I say I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in I was greeted by two wonderful young ladies who were so helpful and knowledgeable. Then I saw Dr. Berke who was excellent and very caring, I went in for a rash but she checked all my concerns. Wish their were more doctors office’s like this around. This place is a hidden gem. Defiantly will be referring my friends and family

I loved the office the doctor is great an beautiful. My face is great and will get better. The staff treats you like family and I recommended friends and family and also loved it....

Absolutely love Dr Berke but her staff are the rudest ppl I've ever met in my life. Because of them, I refuse to go back. Already looked for another Dermatologist. At least I will be able to communicate with the staff of what I need. They keep you on hold, will claim to leave messages for the Dr but when you call back, you have to "deliver" the message all over again. I did this for four weeks in a row until I gave up and searched for a new doctor. They are rude on the phone and in person. Horrid Customer Service! Good riddance.  If she doesn't spruce up her staff soon, she will lose a lot of patients. I love you Dr Berke but I had to go!

I never write reviews, but I just had to on this one. I was a new patient calling in to make an appointment on Saturday. The front desk staff was rude as hell.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back Monday, since I couldn't schedule one on the weekend. A new person answered and I still received rudeness. I didn't even make the appointment. Instead, I went and found another doctor. They act like they don't want to come to work. They will hang up in your face too.
