Did not like our experience. The guy that did my daughter's nails hurt her with a buffer, she even bleed. She told him over 3 times NOT TO CUT HER NAILS and he still did, and he cut it so short her skin under the nail is exposed. I saw she was having a horrible time, but couldn't figure out why, and she didn't want to tell me because she was afraid he was going to hurt her. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! The place is dirt and there is food and ants everywhere.

I love how they do my eyebrows and Mike does a very good job on my nails. He does exactly what you want and can shape them nicely to fit your hands, but these people are unprofessional as hell!!! They talk about the clients in front of your face and about four of the employees dont speak  English at all! Not good if you work in this type of industry. They argue amongst each other a lot too and take their anger out on the customers. I'll keep going there though and i do recommend it because you wont find too many places in miami that do good eyebrows.

If I could give the no stars that would be great, because they don't even deserve 1 star. They used to be awesome but within the past year they have went down in service greatly. I have been going here for years and its nothing like it used to be. The nail tech cut my toe horribly and when I asked for a refund once I noticed, the owner screamed at me, gave me a 5.00 refund from a 25.00 pedicure and told me to leave! My toe bled horribly and I was so afraid of a possible infection.
They dont clean the tools properly is another thing that I realized and their water sometimes smells like sewage. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

First let me say that this review is not based on a one visit experience, however, this visit has demanded this warning! The nail techs here have not mastered their craft! I've been told through the mouth of a nail tech here that their job is to sculpt, not paint or design when I asked why I'm being passed to someone else to design my nails! 
The nail shop happens to be convenient for me which is why I decided against my gut to go here,... it's close, it's Sunday so everywhere else closes early you only need a refill so hey why not? The man sitting closest to the door does my refill and paints my nails with gel polish. The WORST job I've EVER had so I tell him my nails are not done properly, they pass me to some girl to fix, mid way she passes me to another man who cuts three of my fingers in the process of removing the messed up polish of his compadre. So now I'm bleeding, cuticles burning, and I'm extremely pissed soooo I SNAP! Granted, I was wrong for certain things spewing out of my mouTh but seriously, they've disappointed me again and I have the pictures to prove it! So I'll leave you with this, you pay for what you get ! If you want low quality nails where you leave with uneven nails, cuticles all cut up and nail techs asking if you want it fixed or not then stop on by ny nails and waste your money ;) I've been here at least 4 times and allll times I've left unsatisfied! My nails burn when I shower, lotion, EVERYTHING. Its the most annoying thing EVER. I will NEVER EVER visit this shop again!
